Why we started ADK Cyber
After years inside enterprise security teams and large managed-service organizations, we kept seeing the same gap: regional businesses, healthcare providers, and the towns that depend on them were either overspending on bloated MSSP contracts or quietly going without serious security at all. The big firms cannot scale down to their needs without losing the human element. The local generalists cannot scale up to the threats without years of dedicated specialization.
ADK Cyber exists to close that gap. We bring deep, vendor-certified expertise — especially in healthcare and Palo Alto Networks environments — to the organizations that have always deserved it but have rarely had access. We are headquartered in Palatine Bridge because this is home, and because the region's healthcare systems, manufacturers, school districts, and small businesses deserve a defender who can be on-site by the end of the day.

Angela leads ADK Cyber's strategy, client engagement, and operations. She built the firm to bring serious cybersecurity capability to the regional businesses that have historically been underserved by both big-box MSSPs and generalist IT providers.
Jack Miller
Chief Information Security Officer · Co-Founder
Jack leads ADK Cyber's technical practice with deep, hands-on Palo Alto Networks expertise across PAN-OS, Panorama, and Cortex XDR. He has spent years architecting, deploying, and tuning enterprise security platforms for organizations where downtime is not an option.

ADK Cyber's primary service area is the Mohawk Valley — Montgomery, Fulton, Herkimer, Oneida, and Schoharie counties — and the broader Capital Region of New York. We routinely engage clients across upstate New York, and we offer remote engagements nationwide for clients whose environments and timelines suit it.
For healthcare clients in particular, on-site presence often matters. Being headquartered in Palatine Bridge means we can drive to most regional hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices the same day.
